What is KPIs?

Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is a metric that measures the performance of a particular activity or process. The objective is for this to serve as a reference depending on the process or activity on the basis of the objective the organization want to achieve. 

Objective

Develop the HR KPIs for all the employees working in the HR function so the management can measure their influence in the organization as well to measure their performance progress after implementing the phases mentioned in this proposal that will be developed by our consultants. 

Methodology

After finalizing the HR BSC and getting the final approval from the management team our consultants will develop the HR KPIs for each employee working in the HR departments based on the objectives mentioned in the HR BSC.

- Workshop with the HR Team to transfer the know-how on how they will set the department KPIs in the future.
