The Gap analysis consists of:
- Listing of characteristic factors (such as attributes, competencies, performance levels) of the present situation ("what is")
- Listing factors needed to achieve future objectives ("what should be")
- Highlighting the gaps that exist and need to be filled.
Objective
The Gap Analysis report will help the organization understands and quantify the gaps that exist between the desired state and the present state. By analyzing these gaps, the organization will be able to conduct specific amendments to close the gaps identified in the report to reach the standard state to be aligned with the company's strategies and objectives.
However, the gap analysis report doesn't provide implementation plan, it only provides the foundation of understanding necessary to create it.
Methodology
Phase 1: This phase will be the data collection phase, where we built upon it the gap report. The organization will be in charge to provide Engage with all the supporting documents that reflect the existing mission, vision and values; in addition, to all the HR tools. The main output of this phase will be analyzing all the data and transferring them into drafted gaps, to be compared with the employee’s interviews that will be explained further in the second phase.
Phase 2: This Phase will be the interviewing phase, where we will conduct one-to-one interviews on a two levels approach. Where we will divide the organization into two clusters the senior managers and a sample of employees from each department. In this phase we will analyze the following:

2) HR Manual & policies
3) Performance Management System
4) Organization Structure
5) Employees & Management Communication
6) Recruitment Process
7) Internal business processes
Phase 3: The report writing which will show all the gaps inside the organization that is directly reflected to the people management.
