Dedicated HR Representative

The EHRO module provides your organization with a dedicated HR professional. By having a dedicated representative, you receive:

To insure our HR representative is available for you in between visits and is not constantly out of the office with other clients, we balance workloads and limit the number of dedicated clients served by any HR representative.

The Solution 

Our HR Representative will be committed to develop and implement the following in the organization for 12 months.

  1. Implement the HR BSC as well to train the organization HR Team on the HR BSC concept and how to do any changes in the future. 
  2. Implement the already developed changes in the organization design 
  3. Get the signature of each employee as well as their direct managers on the newly developed Job Profiles and distribute a copy for each employee and their direct manager and make sure there is a copy with the HR Department. 
  4. Implement the Grading system, salary structure and the benefits scheme
  5. Implement all the revised HR Polices and procedures and make sure that all the developed phases finalized by our consultants is implemented and well established in the automated system. 
  6. Implement the Performance appraisal policy as well to have a first demo of the performance appraisal forms with the assistance of the HR team. 
  7. Collect training proposal from various training vendors to start implement the training plan. 
  8. Start implementing the succession plan for the successors as well implement the motivation and the retention programs. 
  9. Start to implement the consultant’s recommendations and the outcomes from the Employee Engagement Survey.
